Dr Helen Fry

Helen is a highly regarded historian who has written and edited over twenty five books. Her works primarily cover the 20th century, especially World War II and espionage.

Helen has personally uncovered and continues to publish amazing new wartime stories. In particular, she works very closely with WWII veterans, where she has built up special relationships for over a decade. She writes extensively about the refugees struggles against Nazism who fought for Britain in WWII, as well as aspects of British Intelligence.

Helen has helped LGfL create several major learning resources, including The M Room and The Cold War.
